活力鲜姜茶—Stimulating Ginger Tea

Ginger tea is recommended for flagging energy , colds , flu ,motion sickness ,and gas pain .

$1.Pour one cup of boiling water over a half ounce of grated  fresh gingerroot .

$2.Cover and steep for 15 minutes.

$3.Strain  and add honey and lemon juice for a unique , natural “ginger ale “taste.
