《论语》为政篇第二2.10 吾与回言终日，不违如愚
【原文】子曰：“吾与回言终日，不违如愚。退而省其私，亦足以发，回也不愚。
【译文】孔子说:“我整天对着颜回讲学，他从不提出什么反对意见，像个蠢人。等他退下，我观察他私下里同别人讨论时，却能发挥我所讲的，可见颜回他并不愚笨呀！”
【题解】这一章讲孔子的教育思想和方法。他提倡启发式的教学，提倡学生主动发明和创造精神。颜回大概是个大智若愚的人，他在孔子讲学的时候，不轻易发表自己的见解，不急于去表现自己的敏捷和锐思，显得很沉默，所以他给孔子的初始印象是迟滞愚钝的人。然而孔子又发现颜回能在回去之后对所讲学问进行细细地琢磨而不懈怠，做到洞明之后，还能有所发挥。从“愚”到“不愚”，是孔子对颜回的认识过程，反应了颜回的沉静深思，也反应了孔子对学生的考察并非是一时一地的，而是长期的观察。
F:也许“违”与“不违”都可能不愚，重要的是我们把它当成一个学习的领悟的过程而不是完成一个任务而已，有启发有沉思，有收获有实践，这很重要。
