You don’t have to be a Las Vegas showgirl to have long ,lean legs . and tight buttocks .Place one hand on a sturdy chair ,stand straight and tall ,and kick your right leg as high as you possible can without slouching or bending at the waist .Do 10 kicks ,then change legs . Work up to 100 kicks per leg daily .This is a great cardiovascular exercise that jump-starts your energy ,as well.
