Here are two yoga postures that are prefect for easing into your day .
$1 Start on all fours in the ”table” positon .
$2 Inhale , raise your head and gentle arch your back as you push your tailbone up into the cat position .
$3 Exhale ,round your spine , push your hands into the floor , roll your tailbone done and pull in your belly .
$4 Repeat several times.
