If you sit or stand all day ,you arms and shoulder call collect muscle tension,Try this exercise to release muscle fatigue :

$.Stand up Straight and raise you arms over you head as hight as you can .

$.Clasp your fingers together.

$.Stretch and reach toward the sky .

$.Slowly drop you head back, then forward.
