Try this yogic breathing technique when you need a quick energy boost  .

$1 Sit down and close your eyes

$2 Press your finger over your right nostril and inhale deeply and slowly through your left nostril ,exhale through your mouth.

$3 Prees your finger over your left nostril and repeat the procedure .

$4 Alternate breathing through each nostril five times .
